Our goal is to dispatch your order within 7 to 10 working days after receiving cleared payment, although it often happens much sooner. In the case of orders where a new logo has been requested, we will create the design and seek your approval before proceeding with production. This process typically takes a few working days, and for embroidered items, it involves stitching the design onto material similar to the garments in your order. Any delay in the approval process or if you request alterations may slightly affect the dispatch time.

For those in need of faster delivery, we offer an express service that incurs an additional fee per item. You can select this option during checkout.

If you place an order without any decoration requirements and we have the items in stock, we will make every effort to dispatch them from our warehouse on the same day, provided that cleared funds are received by 3pm.
