Application Methods

We employ a range of garment decoration techniques. For printing, we select a process that is not only cost-effective but also optimally suited to the fabric of your chosen items.

Embroidery

Embroidery is a process where a design is sewn onto a garment using high-speed, computer-controlled sewing machines. This technique is known for its robustness, versatility, and professional appearance. It's ideal for logos and can be used on a variety of products like shirts, hats, jackets, and more. Our embroidery threads are available in standard colours, but we also offer unique options such as metallic, glow in the dark, and multicolour threads that dynamically change colour for a truly distinct look.

Flex Printing

Flex printing is a method that involves using a vinyl cutter to cut out designs from a solid sheet of vinyl, which is then heat pressed onto the garment. This technique is ideal for simple, one-colour designs such as numbers and lettering on football shirts, or catchy slogans on t-shirts. It offers a durable and long-lasting print, ensuring your design stays vibrant even after frequent use and washes. Flex is available in over 40 standard colours. Additionally, we offer special effect options including pearl glitter, metallic, holographic, glow in the dark, and the eye-catching Rainbow Spectrum, a moving, reflective iridescent flex that dynamically changes colour in the light.

Laser Printing

Leveraging the capabilities of our advanced colour laser printers, we can adeptly print your design onto a diverse array of garment colours, thanks to the inclusion of white ink in our process. This method is also frequently employed for printing photos onto t-shirts and for executing intricate designs. Laser printing is precise, delivering high-quality results that can capture even the smallest details of your design.

Sublimation

Sublimation is a printing technique that allows for full colour, all-over apparel prints. Your designs are first printed onto sublimation paper using a special ink. The paper is then pressed onto the garment under high heat, which turns the ink into gas that gets absorbed by the polyester fabric. This leaves a permanent, vibrant color on the garment that is resistant to fading.

Screen Printing

Screen printing involves creating a stencil (or screen) for each component of your design. The screens are then used to apply layers of ink onto the garment. This method is excellent for bulk orders and provides a durable and long-lasting print, ideal for large designs.
