Customisation Pricing

At Swallowtail Promotional, our pricing for customisation is based on various factors including the type of decoration (print or embroidery), the size of the design, and the quantity required. Our user-friendly system allows you to easily understand the cost breakdown:

  1. Simply add your desired garments to the basket.
  2. Proceed to the basket page where you'll find an option to add customisation.
  3. Choose the location of the design on the garment and specify whether you want embroidery or print.
  4. Fill out the subsequent form with details including the design size, upload your artwork if available, and provide any additional instructions.
  5. Our system will display the setup cost and cost per decoration. Select which garments you want the design on and the basket will update automatically with the total cost.

Remember, once a design is set up, it's stored in our system for future orders. If you reorder a design within six months, we honour any previous quantity-based discount (applicable only to the decoration cost and not the cost of the garments). This is our way of saying thank you for your repeat business!

Upon receipt of your order and payment, we will begin setting up your design. But rest assured, we won't proceed with the decoration until you have approved the artwork proof that we provide. This ensures you are completely happy with the design before we proceed with your order.
